Street Teams Are Made of These!

So this fall, I will be looking to compose a "street team" of about five to six of our older, engaging, in your face students to help me promote our cause and what we do here at Cabrini Connections.

A street team is a form of marketing deriving from Word of Mouth (WoM) techniques to engage consumers, visitors, employees in high-traffic shopping districts, similar cause events, public parks and beaches with (in our case) elevator speeches, handouts, complimentary paraphernalia, marketing materials or even street theater.

My goal will be to "take it (our advertising campaigns in progress and pending) to the streets" generating a brand experience that I have been working on intermittently since my start here. Now that we have fulfilled our Tech Coordinator position I plan to make this a more focal part of my To Do list. And I envision that a street team will be just the way to kick off the WoM initiative.

So, if you are the parent of one of our fun, enthusiastic (10-12th grade) children, you may want to encourage them to sign up this fall. By joining they will help bring the exposure and the results Cabrini Connections needs in expanding our brand image and reinforcing their brand message to specific demographics effectively. We engage and igniting a popular influence pushing for support of our mission, with dollars, this local push will hopefully spread statewide.
